Whole Life Leadership Programs
Young Adult Board of Directors
For young adults (ages 18–25), this program combines personal and professional development with service leadership. Participants work closely with a trusted peer network, develop a clear Ideal Life Roadmap, and engage in dynamic activities like masterminds, retreats, mentorship and other community service initiatives. It’s an unparalleled opportunity to balance personal aspirations with community impact.
Junior Youth & Youth SWAT Team
For youth (ages 12–18), the SWAT Team—Service Warriors Advancing Transformation—channels energy and enthusiasm into meaningful service and leadership. Participants learn to navigate life’s challenges, serve their communities, and cultivate qualities like resilience, kindness, and truthfulness. Through leadership retreats, service teams, and mentorship opportunities, youth develop into confident, service-oriented individuals dedicated to creating positive change.
Facilitator Training Program
For those inspired to guide others, the Academy offers a comprehensive training pathway. Facilitators are prepared to lead Young Adult Boards, animate Junior Youth & Youth SWAT Teams, or teach children’s classes. Training includes structured study, weekly and monthly support meetings, and retreats. This program nurtures leaders who can inspire holistic development in others.
The Ideal Life Roadmap
At the heart of the Young Adult Board of Directors Program lies the Ideal Life Roadmap, a simple yet transformative tool that provides an intuitive snapshot of your life in all its dimensions.
Clarity and Purpose: Create a personalized vision for your life and align your goals with your values.
Actionable Steps: Set meaningful goals, establish daily rhythms, and map out your path to success.

It can be completed in just an hour with a facilitated guide and is always a complimentary service—whether in one-on-one sessions or group workshops.
